Why did you choose this problem, and why is it important to solve it?
In order to make our immediate and wider environment aware of the need to donate food and other ways to prevent food waste that is approaching its expiration date.
How does the chatbot solve this problem?
Our chatbot provides basic information on places where interested people can donate food to those in need, then gives them insight into simple recipes that will allow them to use existing supplies that are nearing the expiration date. And how to prevent food waste.
