Chatbot "VINKO" serves to help all people who are interested in something about children with disabilities and how to he

The problem we want to focus on is to provide valid and
relevant information on guidance and counseling on the appropriate educational
program for all users of the Association for people with disabilities, as well
as students with disabilities and their parents / guardians. 

Students, who are educated according to a certain
educational program intended for students with disabilities, desperately need
targeted activities closely related to Associations for Persons with
Disabilities, and which will enable them to stimulate the development of skills
and competencies for the next level of education with maximum progress and
development potential. Additional benefits would be an increase in the
employability of persons with disabilities, and consequently, their integration
and inclusion, both in the educational system and in society as a whole.  

It affects all students with disabilities who are included
in an appropriate educational program according to their identified specifics
of functioning and needs, their parents / guardians and all other interested
citizens who, in addition to helping Associations and its users, would in this
way establish civic connections and launch an initiative that contributes to
building a positive infrastructure of society that shows solidarity,
communication and collaboration and sensitivity to others.  

We can assume that the problem is in the behavior of the
whole society, given that there is a certain legal framework within which
social inclusion is regulated, but not all participants societies involved in
active citizenship, and accordingly are not sufficiently informed about the
right procedures for integration and inclusion of persons with disabilities. 

Our chatbot would contribute to this part of informing
citizens to get correct and understandable information about various forms of
education and training for students with disabilities, about the activities
carried out by associations for people with disabilities within their programs
and projects, and how citizens can involve in associations as volunteers or
partners in their promising projects.  

The problem also arises in scheduling the implementation of
inclusion, which most often results from ignorance or prejudice against people
with disabilities, and then we cannot talk about a truly inclusive society. 

It is necessary to work on raising awareness in general in
the whole society, which should start from the main institutions of the state,
and especially through the education system from the earliest age. We think so in
addition to today, parents of students with disabilities need to get
information from schools or associations on how they and their children can get
involved in Associations for Persons with Disabilities. Parents / guardians
would receive answers to questions about how to get involved in the work and
activities of the Association for Persons with Disabilities that have programs,
activities and projects aimed at students with certain disabilities. Children
with disabilities, in addition to formal education, receive quality non-formal
education.  

We will reach a solution through cooperation with the
Associations of Sisak-Moslavina County, and the Association
"Vincenca" from Dubrovnik-Neretva County, with whose help we will
create a chatbot that will give relevant information and will help parents /
guardians of children with disabilities and interested citizens to get involved
in the work of the Association or to use their programs to involve children in
various cultural, sports and social activities.  

Because this problem affects students with disabilities who
go to our school, but it also invites other students with proper development to
cooperate. We think we could help the users of the Association and everyone interested
by providing them with access to information about the activities offered
through the chatbot. In this way, in the long run, we help some of them to gain
new skills and competencies and the opportunity to participate in new social
and cultural events, which builds a society of equal opportunities for all.
Students with disabilities and their parents / guardians, as well as volunteers
and project partners would benefit from this information and would enrich their
experience and receive quality non-formal education through communication with
other people through participation in various activities.  

The application of AI chatbots would solve the problem of
access and availability of information and would use it to help students with
disabilities who go to our school to integrate them better into society, raise
their level of competence and employability, but also to change the awareness
of people with disabilities through the education system and encourage students
to actively citizenship. It would be easier for parents to get involved with
their children in the activities organized by the Associations.
